For more than 9 years he was a banker, mainly in the areas of mortgages and commercial banking. Later, and for 14 years, he developed housing projects in Panama City. 

During this management he contemplated aspects ranging from structuring the preliminary project, obtaining interim construction financing, promising mortgages for buyers, sales and all other tasks involved in a real estate project.
