Enrique Malek Homes is an initiative structured by Enrique Malek Bourdet, (license No. PN 5666), who has extensive experience in real estate management.

For more than 9 years he was a banker, mainly in the areas of mortgages and commercial banking. Later, and for 14 years, he developed housing projects in Panama City. During this management he contemplated aspects ranging from structuring the preliminary project, obtaining interim financing, promising mortgages for buyers, sales and all other tasks involved in a real estate project.

Enrique Malek Homes es una iniciativa estructurada por Enrique Malek Bourdet, (licencia N° PN5666, quien cuenta con una larga experiencia en la gestión inmobiliaria.

Por más de 9 años fue banquero, principalmente en las áreas de hipotecas y banca comercial.  Posteriormente, y por espacio de 14 años desarrolló proyectos de vivienda en la ciudad de Panamá. Durante esta gestión contemplaba aspectos que iban  desde la estructuración del anteproyecto, obtención de financiamiento interino, promesas de hipotecas para los compradores, ventas y todas las demás tareas involucradas en un proyecto inmobiliario.
